Real Weddings: Alexina & Brian

What better way to celebrate the new blog than to highlight a real wedding that featured Sincerely, Jackie designs. So many stationery designers struggle when it comes to wedding, but I honestly love working with brides, getting to know them, and being a part of their wedding day. From how my couples met, to why they picked their wedding venue, I want to hear all the fun details. And nothing in the world makes me happier than to get a note from a couple sharing all of the amazing pictures from their day.

Today I am really excited to share some amazing pictures from Alexina & Brian's wedding day back in April. Like most of my couples, Alexina & Brian found me online, but unlike many couples, we had the chance to meet when they were in NYC for a few days. Meeting my couples is such a great experience, it personalizes the entire process and makes me feel that much more a part of their day. Plus, Alexina and Brian are two of the sweetest, most genuine people, and they were such an honor to work with.

I was so excited when Alexina sent me some pictures, from their photograhers Stoffer Photography (based in Chicago).

Alexina & Brian wanted clean, elegant, and timeless letterpress printed invitations. We created a beautiful monogram that tied several of the pieces together, and created a custom stamp so that they could have black RSVP envelopes. While you can't tell from the picture, the invitations were mounted on black pocketfolds, so there was a neat way to keep all of the pieces together.

I am such a complete sucker for classic black and white, add letterpress and I am head-over-heals.

In addition to the invitations, I also created their day-of items, such as programs, menus, cocktail signs, and escort cards. Everything looked so beautiful encorporated into their decor, and Stoffer Photography did a great job capturing all the details.

Congratulations again to Alexina & Brian! Thank you for letting me be a part of your day, and for sharing these beautiful images!
